Babes in the Wool posts online orders through Royal Mail. We offer two shipping options at checkout: Royal Mail 48 and Royal Mail Tracked. Royal Mail 48 is a business-class postage that aims to deliver your parcel within 2-5 business days, offered at £3.75 flat-rate. Babes in the Wool typically despatches every order same business day, but orders may take an extra day or two to process during busy periods. Royal Mail 48 is an untracked service, which does not provide a tracking number, and does not require a signature upon delivery. For large value or time-sensitive orders, we recommend choosing our tracked option.

Royal Mail Tracked is available for £6.50 flat-rate and includes a Royal Mail tracking number. Babes in the Wool will automatically send your tracking number to your order email upon order despatch. We recommend choosing tracked shipping if any weather or covid delays are significantly impacting Royal Mail delivery times nationwide.

Click+Collect (Hull Only)

Babes in the Wool offers a free Click+Collect service at our shop in Hull for every item available online. Simply select ‘Click+Collect’ as a shipping option and complete your checkout as normal (inputting an address is required, but we don’t use this information when processing your order). Pop by our shop Mon-Sat 9-4 to pick up your purchases safely and swiftly. Please only choose Click+Collect if you intend to collect your order, as we will not ship orders that haven’t paid postage.
